Lilian is selling her coffee directly and we are so excited to partner with her! It is one of our best tasting and scoring coffees this year. We have a limited amount as she is just starting to grow her farm so we plan for it to go quickly.
We are tasting a great body coffee with notes of peach, sweet grape, nutella chocolate.
-Medium Roast
-Ocotillo Region
-Pacas Varietal
-Grown 1850 masl
-Washed Process
This coffee is truly special.
While hiking in the mountains of Honduras, we had the pleasure of meeting Lilian Benitez. She approached us with a simple question: would we buy coffee from a single mom? one of our founders replied without hesitation,
"Yes, I know the power of single mothers. I was raised by one."
This is the first year Lilian is selling her coffee directly and at a sustainable price, and we are honored to partner with her in this exciting moment.
The coffee itself is exceptional, grown on Lilian's farm in the Ocotillo region of the Santa Barbara Mountains in Honduras. At an altitude of 1820 meters above sea level,t his pacas varietal of coffee is one of the best-tasting coffees we have had this year. We are excited to share this unique and delicious coffee with you and to highlight Lilian in her venture as a specialty coffee farmer.
