This amazing project was born out of necessity. During 2020 producers began to co-op there coffee in the la paz region of Honduras to create a wonderful blend of origin that could sustain the whole community by selling it blended rather than each farmer having to fend for themselves in finding buyers.
As the project has grown, they are trying new process and fermentations, and we are happy to showcase their natural process.
