Grown in the Celinga Region of Yirgacheffe, this coffee was picked in January of 2019. Processed with a single fermentation for up to 18 hours, dried on raised beds for about 10 days. The processing and care of this coffee has really made an amazing tasting coffee.
Bringing flavors of passion fruit, lemon zest and a touch of orange.
