This is a washed Excelso grade coffee from various smallholders in the Sandoná sub-region of Nariño, South-West Colombia. Farms range between 1,500 and 1,600 masl and produce the variety of Castillo.
Cherries are hand selected for ripeness, de-pulped and fermented for 13-15 hours, washed in clean water and then dried on raised beds for 8-12 days.
Bringing flavors of tangerine, balanced, raspberry and honey finish.
